We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Singing River Health System Hospital in Ocean Springs. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, utilizing the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate from NLN school of nursing
- Current Mississippi State licensure
- Appropriate nursing practice/experience within the past five (5) years or evidence of successful refresher program
- BLS Certification Required
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
