Home Health Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have a current Physical Therapist license in the state and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care.
