Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Wellpath. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing medically prescribed or referred physical therapy programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, surgery, or loss of body part.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Rehabilitation Programs: You will develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients in accordance with physician's plan of treatment.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with physicians and clinical team to obtain patient information and revise treatment plans as necessary.
- Patient Education: You will instruct and assist patients in non-manual exercises, and administer manual therapeutic exercises.
- Documentation and Feedback: You will maintain daily progress notes and follows Company documentation procedures. Additionally, you will provide feedback and education to patients on their progress and treatment plan.

Requirements- Education: A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of clinic experience is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state is required. You must also be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
