Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals - Community Care Specialists. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Foster Meaningful Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and community members to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
