SIS is currently seeking an IT Program Coordinator / Team Lead to oversee one of our critical IT programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize, direct, and manage task requirements.
- Develop schedules, coordinate resources, and act as the technical lead.
- Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to formulate and review task order plans and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to task order schedules and budget constraints.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills across all management levels.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant computer and communication configurations.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of over 20 personnel providing IT support to a large user base and network accounts.
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, track, and report on all IT projects.
- Conduct analyses of communication and computer systems, special studies, and process evaluations.
- Manage incident response and trouble ticket assignments for the IT support team.
- Oversee personnel fulfilling the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) role and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements set by the Department of Defense and Air Force.
- Supervise the acquisition and distribution of new IT assets.
- Provide strategic guidance on future technology and its implementation.
- Offer budgetary insights for IT requirements.

Education:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, an A.S. in Computer Science with 10 years of experience will be considered.


Experience and Certifications:

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing operations in a modern medium or large-scale computer environment, including responsibilities in network operations, hardware and software maintenance, customer support, and production control.
- Proven experience in DoD Project Management and leading IT Customer Support initiatives.
- Demonstrated management expertise through effective use of project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage funds and resources effectively, with experience in overseeing complex multi-task orders.
- Must hold a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Must possess a current/active IAT II certification (e.g., Security+) or higher.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
