Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any financial issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a utility or energy-related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, including accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000. The successful candidate will be required to work in our Plymouth, NH office, with occasional travel to other locations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
