  • Ensure brand consistency by maintaining brand identity and positioning across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, building, developing, and mentoring a team of marketing and communications professionals.
  • Measure and analyze results, conducting market research, tracking key performance indicators, and using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans, including reputation management strategies.
