Landscaping Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Project Manager to join our team at Schill Landscaping and Lawn Care Services Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various landscaping projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping or construction, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management. A valid CDL is preferred, as well as experience with hydroseeding and/or hardscapes. Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent communication skills are also essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise job-site activities
- Direct field personnel to achieve completion of project schedules with quality workmanship
- Track projects on current costs of materials, labor rates, and other factors that affect project costs
- Develop plans for project efficiencies and implement improvements
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
