VibraLife is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, obtaining referrals, and participating in the planning and execution of our business departmental plan.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Referral Generation: Obtain referrals from referral sources and ensure that they are accurately documented and tracked.
- Business Development: Participate in the planning and execution of our business departmental plan, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Provide direct communication between the community, referral sources, and physicians to our VibraLife team, serving as a key source of market intelligence.
- Education: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Licensed Social Worker in the state of employment.
- Experience: Recent healthcare experience in the SNF, acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company.
- Skills: Current, valid, and active drivers license, ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation, marketing/sales skill expertise, and ability to communicate effectively with medical and administrative staffs, patients, and families.
