Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Family Medicine team. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborative Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Core Duties:

Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/PA) in California.
