**Responsibilities:**
- Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in family medicine and primary care.
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California.
