Job Overview

We are a leading provider of compassionate and evidence-based care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to foster healing and personal growth in a supportive residential environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Licensed Therapist, providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients in our residential treatment program. The ideal candidate is skilled in trauma-informed care, culturally competent, and experienced in working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the care team.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and clinical supervision as required.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical or residential setting, preferred.
  • Expertise in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or motivational interviewing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
