Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Simplified Labor Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the logistics sector.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $19.50, paid weekly, plus opportunities for overtime pay as needed. Our facility offers free onsite parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines. You will also be eligible for sick pay, health insurance coverage, referral bonuses, and more.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with questions and issues related to our logistics services.
- Processing customer returns and resolving any issues that may arise during the return process.
- Troubleshooting problems and working with customers to find solutions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of customer service experience and possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to effectively communicate via email, in-person, and over the phone.
- The ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Third Party Logistics experience is an asset.
