About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Team Manager to lead our team of Community Leads, remote care coordinators, and part-time outreach staff in DC. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and coaching your team to deliver exceptional community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Community Leads, remote care coordinators, and part-time outreach staff to achieve outstanding results.
  • Culture Development: Foster a strong team culture that reflects and aligns with Ounce's core values.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to improve community-based services.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and evidence to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in community-based services or clinical/social care.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with community-based services, clinical/social care, and data-driven decision making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
