We are in search of a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers.
- Monitor and respond to daily emails.

- Schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Offer detailed information about our services.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

- Accept and check in parts deliveries.
