Building Sales Professional

As a leading exterior restoration services provider, Aspen Contracting is committed to delivering exceptional results. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a skilled sales professional who can effectively work with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs. As a project consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing each project to the homeowner's satisfaction and collecting payment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Canvassing and setting up appointments
- Utilizing provided technology to create scope of loss or inspection reports
- Serving as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
- Monitoring the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner's satisfaction and per scope of work
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and driven towards success
- Effective presentation skills
- A friendly personality and strong communication skills
Additionally, you should be comfortable with some evening and weekend hours based on business needs, willing to travel or relocate, have reliable transportation, and be able to carry and set-up equipment, climb ladders, and safely walk roofs for inspections.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on previous experience. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for commission-based compensation, medical, dental, and disability insurance after 60 days, and 401(k) program eligibility after one year.
