Overview

We are seeking a skilled Postpartum Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Dominican Hospital.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to mother-baby couples, pediatric, gynecological and overflow patients. Our RNs provide exceptional support to medical care as directed by physicians, adhering to established hospital customer relations policies and procedures.

This role requires a strong understanding of maternal-child health and the ability to maintain and continually improve skills to perform duties within this area. The successful candidate will develop and achieve personal annual performance improvement objectives in conjunction with the service line manager.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and continuing education opportunities.

Dominican Hospital is a 222-bed facility located in California's Central Coast. We provide emergency services and are certified as a Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital offers cutting-edge cardiac care, including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures.
