Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to frontline employees on member-related inquiries, escalations, and complaints, including interpretation of policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties within retail banking operations, including overseeing workflow, transaction processing, system reporting, audits, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate process improvements.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and revising procedures related to retail banking operations, including documenting changes and creating job aids.
  • Perform data analysis, including audits, cash differences, and deposit products, and provide summary of findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for system enhancements and capabilities.
  • Support project work assigned by the Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations, including smaller departmental projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or equivalent work experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or better.
