Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Specialist to manage shipping and receiving operations, including international shipments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping and receiving operations, including international shipments
  • Ensure accuracy in matching materials to packing slips
  • Maintain effective communication within the warehouse team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Receiving experience
  • Proficiency in using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other international shipping portals
  • Computer skills including email, virtual chat, and teams meetings
  • Ability to type over 35 words per minute

Work Environment:

  • The role is based in a newly established warehouse facility, working alongside two other team members and under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager
  • The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, in a dynamic and fast-paced setting that emphasizes communication and teamwork
