Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in our Akron, OH office location. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design and documentation of various project types, including K-12, Higher Education, and Public Buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design and documentation of various project types, including K-12, Higher Education, and Public Buildings.
  • Conduct code research, programming, and client interfacing.
  • Develop design solutions and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines of design, including engineers, designers, renderers, and outside consultants.
  • Support project managers with client meetings and correspondence.
  • Research and implement design solutions and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Architectural Designer or Registered Architect with 8-15 years of experience in a lead architectural role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's in Architecture preferred.
  • Experience with Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects.
