Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Blink Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Processing: Receive, enter, and process prescriptions as per Blink protocols.
  • Medical Documentation Review: Review all pertinent medical documentation sent in from healthcare providers.
  • Product Knowledge: Obtain a fundamental understanding of the Blink Health product for quick pharmacy assistance.
  • Order Resolution: Resolve open orders through communication with Pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team.
  • Compliance and Safety: Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
Requirements
  • 1+ years prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience.
  • PTCB or NHA certification required or willing to be certified prior to joining.
  • Strong phone presence in a support/service capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
