Medical Director for Primary Care in Southern Washington

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Director to lead our primary care team in Southern Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing healthcare organization, Physician Empire.
Compensation PackageThe annual compensation for this position is estimated at $293,000, based on a 2-point-per-hour rate. In addition to a guaranteed first-year annual salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of $30,000 and a relocation allowance of $20,000. You will also receive a monthly resident stipend of $2,000, commencing the month after signing your contract.
Job SummaryThis full-time (1.0 FTE) position involves working 40 hours a week, with 34 hours dedicated to clinical responsibilities and 6 hours allocated for administrative tasks. Our medical team proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, and you will be supported by a certified bilingual Medical Assistant who will assist in translation and patient care. We utilize EPIC EMR and expect our physicians to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and practices.
