Salary and BenefitsWe offer an annual compensation of $283,000, with a guaranteed first-year salary and a generous student loan repayment assistance program. In addition, you will receive a hiring bonus of $30,000 and a relocation allowance of $20,000. Our medical benefits include no out-of-pocket costs for employees, great personal leave time, 8 holidays per year, and a $3,700 annual CME allowance with 5 days (40 hours) of CME time.
About the OpportunityThis is a 1.0 FTE position with 34 hours of clinical time and 6 hours of administrative time. You will be part of a proud team that serves a largely migrant and Latino community, where a Certified Bilingual Medical Assistant is dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care. We use the EPIC EMR system and offer a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for family medicine. You must be board-certified or eligible in family medicine and have a current valid license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
