Medical Director Opportunity in Rural Washington State

As a Physician Empire, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Hematology/Oncology team in Southern Washington. Located just 2 hours from Seattle and 3 hours from Portland, this beautiful region offers a unique blend of natural beauty and urban amenities.
No income tax in Washington makes it an attractive destination for professionals looking to relocate. Our multidisciplinary cancer team is comprised of Oncology specialized RNs and nurse navigators, dieticians, pharmacists, therapists, social workers, chaplain, and financial planner. We also have Interventional radiologist and pathologist on board, as well as Home health services and direct access to community hospice and palliative care program.
Our team works closely with Nurse Practitioner support with experience in Hem/Onc, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and personalized care. The practice highlights include an Excellent compensation package including a base salary of **$250,000** per year, with production incentives along with traditional employed benefit packages including hiring/commencement bonuses and relocation allowances, CME allowances, residency/fellowship stipends, malpractice, health benefits, generous time off, retirement and much more.
The medical facility features a beautiful and modern outpatient cancer center which includes 5 infusion suites and 1 isolation suite right here in our home town, so patients don't have to travel outside of the area for care. We offer the same services you might expect to find at a large cancer hospital. With low volume call and some inpatient consults, this role is ideal for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.
We are part of an established practice built from the ground up within the last few years, with room to grow and a close-knit community that embraces their providers. The service area encompasses about 80,000, making it an ideal location for those who enjoy working with diverse populations. Working with, and sensitive to, multicultural population in rural setting is preferred, and bilingual in Spanish would be great.
