Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with customers, scheduling service appointments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing personalized service experiences. A passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
  4. Follow up with customers to confirm appointment details.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or service-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
Benefits
