We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Expert to join our team at Big I South Carolina. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, handling their inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Set appointments and/or client calls or support a producer to review existing policies, review liability limits and exposures, explore other coverage needs, evaluate replacement costs, round out accounts, and bind renewals.
  • Confer with customers to provide detailed information about products and services, quote new business, process renewals and/or cancel accounts, take payments, and provide requested documentation.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Hold a valid insurance license and have a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of insurance products and usage, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage and maintain assigned clients and prospects.

**Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year**
