Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, which includes crafting job postings, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.


Employee Relations:

Serve as a bridge between management and staff, addressing issues and resolving disputes by guiding employees to the right resources.


Bilingual Support:
Enable effective communication among English and Spanish-speaking personnel, including translating documents and providing interpretation during discussions.

Compliance:
Guarantee adherence to labor regulations and employment standards, maintaining precise employee records and managing confidential information.

Training & Development:
Plan and conduct training sessions for staff, focusing on skill enhancement and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Experience in HR or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
