Are you a recent nursing graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our Graduate Nurse Rotational Program is designed to provide you with the ideal platform to grow and develop as a critical care nurse.

As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various units within our hospital, gaining valuable experience and insights into the critical care field. You will be paired with an experienced nurse who will mentor and guide you throughout your learning journey.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be a recent nursing graduate with a current Pennsylvania licensure
  • Have a Temporary Practice Permit and commit to taking the NCLEX examination within 6 months of hire
  • Be eligible for State Board Licensure
