We are seeking a skilled Duties Caregiver to join our team at Sterling House at Richmond. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our elderly and disabled residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to clients, including toileting assistance as needed.
- Offer guidance and reassurance to promote emotional stability and confidence.
- Administer medications on schedule or as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to enhance overall quality of life.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of prior experience in personal care or related fields is preferred, although we provide comprehensive training for successful candidates.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and caring demeanor, essential for building strong relationships with our residents.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits to ensure a stable and fulfilling work environment.
