Job Summary:
As a Lead CNA at Cherrywood Advanced Living, you will have the opportunity to work with a small group of residents in an assisted living setting. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to lead our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of PCA experience, be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota, and have working knowledge of state requirements for Assisted Living With Dementia Care License. The successful candidate will conduct focused nursing assessments per Nurse Practice Act of 7/2014 and demonstrate leadership skills, time management, organizational skills, good judgement, and dependability.

Responsibilities:
This role involves monitoring clients' needs and changes in condition, conducting focused assessments when appropriate, and reporting the results to the RN. The Lead CNA will also follow client care plans/service plans developed by the RN, administer medications and treatments per Cherrywood Policies and Procedures, and assist RN in orienting, training, and mentoring new staff. Additionally, the Lead CNA will perform delegated tasks and other duties as assigned by the RN.
