As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of our patients and residents daily, forging meaningful connections with them and their families. Key Responsibilities
*Conduct nursing assessments and work alongside the nursing team and other disciplines to create effective care plans.
*Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
*Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician directives.
*Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation.
*Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and during shift changes.

Qualifications:
