Position Overview:
Prioritizing patient care and well-being, Priority Group seeks a dedicated Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality medical services. This role requires adherence to established guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
2. Monitoring patient conditions and assessing their needs.
3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise and implement patient care plans.

Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
b. Providing comprehensive reports to the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and responses to treatments.

Compliance and Procedures:
a. Adhering to established protocols, regulations, and best practices.
b. Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Patient Education:
a. Educating patients and their families about treatments, conditions, and aftercare.

Requirements:
1. Possession of a valid New Jersey Licensure as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
2. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the New Jersey Department of Health, Office of Inspector General, Medicaid/Medicare, Corporate Compliance, PEOSHA, and Priority Group Services Policies and Procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
