Job Title: Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Adams Fairacre Farms. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, as well as removing trash and recyclables.
  • Operate equipment such as brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with special events and projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
