Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director, Consumer Insights to join our team in West Hills, CA. This role will lead comprehensive brand equity tracking initiatives, develop consumer foundational insights, and drive go-to-market strategies to enhance physical availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive brand equity tracking initiatives to ensure a strong market position and mental availability.
  • Develop and implement consumer foundational insights and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Spearhead foresight and innovation testing, anticipating market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Drive effective go-to-market strategies and collaborate on shopper insights to enhance physical availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer insights within the CPG sector.
  • Proven experience as a consumer insights leader in the CPG industry.
  • Track record of success in brand equity tracking, consumer foundational insights, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in foresight and innovation testing.
  • Strong background in shopper insights and enhancing consumer engagement.
  • Relevant certifications in consumer insights or market research are preferred.

Estimated Salary Range:$184,808.00 - $277,365.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
