Join us to bring the gift of health to life.We are seeking a dynamic Director, Consumer Insights for our leading vitamin and supplement brand, Nature Made. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in brand equity tracking, consumer foundational insights and strategy, foresight and innovation testing, go-to-market, and shopper insights. They will collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team of five.Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:- Lead and execute comprehensive brand equity tracking initiatives to ensure a strong market position and mental availability.- Develop and implement consumer foundational insights and strategies that align with business objectives.- Spearhead foresight and innovation testing, anticipating market trends and consumer preferences.- Drive effective go-to-market strategies and collaborate on shopper insights to enhance physical availability.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:-Strong desire and capability to collaborate cross-functionally.-Ability to think strategically and make decisions utilizing most current methodologies.- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation abilities.- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.- 8+ years of experience in consumer insights within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector.- Proven experience as a consumer insights leader in the CPG industry.- Track record of success in brand equity tracking, consumer foundational insights, and go-to-market strategies.- Demonstrated expertise in foresight and innovation testing.- Strong background in shopper insights and enhancing consumer engagement.- Relevant certifications in consumer insights or market research are preferred.-The ability to work onsite in our West Hills, CA office three days per week.OUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
