Join us to bring the gift of health to life.Key Responsibilities:Critical Contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:Support the employee benefits program across Pharmavite and the specialty brands. Manage the vendor execution day-to-day. Administer the employee leaves programs, including delivering or facilitating education and communication, identify enhancements in efficacy of our communications, etc. - all to drive strong understanding and an efficient program. Help develop and edit employee communications and educational content to facilitate employee engagement and improve health outcomes through multiple mediums including (e-mail, posters, mail to home)Lead the tracking and reporting of measures that accurately track employee benefits usage, costs, etc.Analyze aggregate metric data to identify population health performance and trends for the design and development of future program initiatives. Performs other related duties as assigned.The ideal candidate:The ideal candidate has prior knowledge and experience of the benefits, leaves and worker's comp marketplaces and employer trends. You are analytical, curious and self-directed.
Critical Success Factors:2-4 years' experience in Human Resources with prior experience managing benefits and leaves programs. Capabilities & Skills Required:In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including composing and conducting presentations, composing programs, and interfacing with a diverse group of internal staff/management and external vendors and community resources. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work independently to initiate group activitiesAdvanced analytical experience in Excel, running reporting and able to produce PowerPoint presentations based on findings.
