About the Role

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Client Services Analyst to join our Personal Lines Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing test matrices and test cases for the PLD Diamond system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test matrices and test cases for the PLD Diamond system
  • Analyze system requirements and specification documentation to identify test cases
  • Execute test cases and document defects discovered during testing
  • Validate defects have been resolved and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Research system problems and issues to identify root causes
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand system workflows and processes
  • Advocate for the agents' workflow and business interests

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude and experience with data analytics
  • Personal lines knowledge, including coverages, forms, practices, and processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and able to take initiative
  • Strong decision-making, logical thinking, and judgment skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and Agile/Scrum practices
