About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to children and families in the Colorado Springs area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Implement and supervise data collection systems to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay current on research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field
  • Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Licensure (if applicable) per state
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 in a clinical or educational setting
