Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at 360 Talent Avenue. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data to promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure effective implementation of interventions.
  • Train and support families and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies to enhance client care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to modify plans as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.
