Job Title: Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to join our team at Solista Senior Living by Cogir North Carolina.

About the Role

The Hospitality Manager will oversee key resident-facing areas, including reception, dining services, and housekeeping. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage daily operations, including front desk, dining, and housekeeping services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure living and working environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Assist with sales activities, including tours and special events.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare management, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle frequent interruptions.
