Reporting to the hospital’s Administrative Director of Laboratory Operations, Hospital Laboratory Manager will be supported by a Laboratory Supervisor, and lead a team of Medical Laboratory Techs and Labor Support Techs across the core lab and pathology. Hospital Laboratory Manager is accountable for managing day to day operations of the department, assisting with new-hire education, managing budgets, improving processes to increase efficiency, updating policy procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
