This role involves executing various responsibilities and assignments as directed by the department supervisor. The individual will oversee internal processes and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CDK systems is advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of all items dispatched and received.
  • Prepare items for shipment in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Receive incoming items following set guidelines and processes.
  • Communicate the status of incoming and outgoing shipments to relevant internal stakeholders and management.
  • Manage correspondence as instructed by the Department Supervisor.
  • Ensure a well-organized, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Facilitate effective tracking of all shipments.
  • Oversee the service vehicle rental program.
  • Foster strong relationships between the dealership, customers, and the factory.
  • Address select customer concerns.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, promptly reporting any incidents to a manager or supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
