Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a skilled HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team at Work With Your Handz.

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering top-notch customer service. Your expertise will help homeowners and businesses make informed decisions about their heating and cooling needs, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their unique situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate price quotes, highlighting the benefits of our cutting-edge technologies and financing options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales-to-install handoffs, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Engage with fellow Comfort Advisors to share best practices, discuss sales targets, and foster a collaborative work environment that drives success.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Conduct in-home appointments to deliver personalized solutions and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proactively prospect to generate 10% of leads, demonstrating initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently for at least 1+ years.
  • Prior experience in the home services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of success, including high closing rates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, early mornings, occasional severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
