About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Service Sales Development Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HVAC service market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HVAC industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
