Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our Thomaston location. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest receives perfectly prepared, high-quality food. You will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepared to company standards and specifications, and that food orders are continuously flowing from the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Monitor food orders and control the pace of food delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members across the restaurant
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
