Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory tests and procedures on patient specimens, including blood draws and quality control measures.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, identifying any abnormalities or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Clinical Lab Science, or related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) through an accredited agency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
