Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Preparing and filing forms, records, and correspondence
  • Assisting customers with requests for documentation
  • Tracking shipments and coordinating pickups
  • Supporting the receptionist with call management and invoice preparation
  • Completing other assigned tasks as necessary
