About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Restorative Care Specialist to join our team at Aegis Therapies. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our therapy team to develop and implement effective wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for patients.
  • Provide knowledge and expertise in delivering restorative care services, including ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, and active/passive range of motion.
  • Assist patients with dressing, grooming, and splint/prosthesis care as directed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Specialty certification as a personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, or health and fitness specialist, preferred.
