The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative assistance to the Sales, Marketing, and Catering Sales teams. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, including correspondence, database management, account profile upkeep, report generation, and scheduling sales appointments. The Sales Coordinator collaborates closely with both the group sales team and the catering team to maintain comprehensive sales reporting and tracking.

In this role, the individual will support sales managers in their interactions with both internal and external clients within the Group and Catering Market, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. Acting as a liaison, the Sales Coordinator facilitates communication between external channels and customers, ensuring alignment with the overall departmental processes.

For local catering efforts, the ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and regularly updating inquiries, prospects, and confirmed bookings in the designated system.

In terms of event services, the Sales Coordinator will ensure that all necessary documentation, including Banquet Event Orders, Group & Social Resumes, and various communication updates, are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of both management and clients.

Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will assist in providing optimal service to guests, visitors, and other departments, ensuring a seamless experience at The Chateaux.
