Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Ranch Hand to join our team. The right individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being outdoors, and wearing many different hats throughout the day to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on ranch equipment and facilities
  • Assist with landscaping and grounds keeping, including mowing, pruning, and planting
  • Care for dogs and other animals on the ranch
  • Help with special events, including setup and teardown
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the ranch operations
Requirements
  • Experience with general maintenance and tools is required
  • Customer service and experience working in a hospitality environment is desired
  • Experience with clay shooting, bird hunting, and hunting dogs is helpful
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs is required
